Updated Tracker databases (year to date May 31) are available now for both the "conventional" version of Tracker and the "A3P/9.0" version.
PATCH 9.04 FOR A+ THOROBRED HAS BEEN RELEASED. This enhancement will allow users to include the "Jockey for Trainer" Rating on the GAR and RBR reports. Currently the value appears only on the View/Edit screen (one horse per screen) and only when you use our A3P Past Performance Files as input. After Patch 9.04, the values can appear on the above mentioned reports. You will still need to go into "Report Layout" to set this up initially. You will notice the new field "Jockey/Trainer" Score at the bottom right of the field list, just below the Morning Line Odds field. As always, the patch will apply itself automatically. Also, an expansion to the file T90CRL.SF will be performed immediately following the application of the patch. Go into Utilities/Patch Details to see a full description of this enhancement.

As of today (June 1, 2009), the 2009 A3P/9.0 Tracker Database Files are now available for year to date May 31.
We are also keeping the 2008 files available to give everyone a chance to get them.

To get started, simply reinstall Tracker from the original CD to a new folder. For example purposes, let's say you call the new folder "C:\TRKA3P". After it installs, go into Windows Explorer and delete all files ending in ".sf" from the "C:\TRKA3P\Data" folder. Then, simply download the 2008 and 2009 zip files and unzip them into the "C:\TRKA3P\Data" folder and you're ready to use Tracker. Now, in your APLUS90 installation folder, locate the file named "TRACKER.TXT" and edit it using WordPad or NotePad and change it to point to "C:\TRKA3P\Data". Note that if you still plan on using third party vendor files (as well as our files), you should have a duplicate installation of A+ Thorobred where "TRACKER.TXT" points to the original Tracker data files.

The new version 1.11 of A+ Basic is now available for free download to anyone who already has the program.
It includes the enhancements of 1.10 (see horse detail by double clicking on any horse in Graded Analysis Report) plus some "cosmetic" enhancements that provide for the display of full track name on the buttons of the track menu page.
We strongly recommend first saving a backup copy of the file APBASIC1.W3 before downloading this new file. After that's done, click the link below to start the download. When prompted to Save or Open the file, choose "Save" and download it to the folder where you previously installed A+ Basic 1.0. The default installation for A+ Basic as shipped on the original CD was "C:\APBASIC1".
