OK, here's the most common questions users ask about Tracker:

Q1 - How do I keep my Tracker databases up to date?

A1 - Adding data is simple and free. You will need Graded Analysis Reports (GAR) and matching results (TSN Instant Chart Files). The GAR's you can either create yourself or download the day old zip files for the dates you need from our website. Our files need to be unzipped before Tracker can use them and they must go into the folder you've designated in Tracker. Then you need to get the TSN files. These files can be easily and automatically downloaded using a Tracker utility program (included with Tracker). After you have matching files, when you click "Add Data" from Tracker's main menu, you will see the tracks and dates you are able to add to your Tracker databases.

The following is an example of what you just read above:
1.) Assume you've designated "C:\REPORTS" as the folder where Tracker will expect to find GAR files.
2.) Assume you've designated "C:\CHARTS" as the folder where Tracker will expect to find the TSN Instant Chart files.
3.) Go to our website and near the top of the home page you will find a link to our zipped GAR files (day old of course). Click the link.
4.) Our GAR Index page will load and you will see a list of clickable dates that typically run from the beginning of last month through yesterday. Download the tracks and dates you wish to add. You can either click "Save" and unzip it later or click "Open" and immediately extract the individual files to C:\REPORTS.
5.) After you've gotten the files you want and unzipped them, you will need to go into Tracker and download the corresponding TSN Chart files. Click "Utilities" and "Download TSN Charts". You will see a menu of tracks on the left and a menu of dates on the right. Highlight the tracks you need for any specific date on the date menu. To make it easier to get the tracks, you may first click "Compress Track List" which will reduce the size of the track list to include only tracks found in your C:\REPORTS folder.
6.) Now that you have matching GAR files and TSN Instant Chart files, you are ready to "Add Data"!
7.) From Tracker's main screen, click "Add Data" and you will see a list of all tracks and dates for which you have matching files. Typically, you will select them all. Then click "Add to Database". Tracker will then compare the GAR files with the matching results and compile statistics on how A+ did that day at each selected track using a variety of different betting strategies. On very rare occasions, Tracker is unable to complete this task for all tracks because of an error in the Chart file or some missing data in the GAR file. We can help you fix this problem quickly by editing the data in error and sending the file back to you.

Well, that's about it for keeping your Tracker data up to the minute!
