Re: Friday Night Free Best Bet Pick at Los Alamitos

Evening Mike,

Mike I do not know about other players that use your site. I just hope they gave congrats when credit is due. Mike you are truly the best ! I hear these other commentators, and they're supposed to be handicappers for the quarters.( unbelievable ) No clue. You are the Best Mike...for all tracks. The greatest tool in horse racing.

4th Caper Slew $12.00

Thank you Mike,

Clyde H.

Just had to post this one I received today (June 20, 2007)

Dear Mike: Thanks for your immediate response to my two e-mails last week. Your instructions solved the problem at once. I never expected a return e-mail so quickly on a Sunday no less but then again most companies aren't run like yours.

I also wanted to mention that I did put your bumper sticker on my car and since then my gas mileage has doubled, I can put the top down even though I don't own a convertible and women have been honking at me non stop. Well, the first two are true anyway.

Thanks Peter B (NJ)

Hey Mike its time I write you a short note to thank you for the A+ software I purchased a few months ago. I should be easy to remember, I'm probably the only Canadian who had enough brains to buy it and am I ever glad I did !!!

The software has delivered as promised as well as your customer service and support. I've had a list of exciting winners including the Kentucky and Preakness but this past weekend was the best because it was at the local track where I play (Stampede Park).

The Alberta Derby was running and boxing the top 4 in the Trifecta paid $7000 and change, the sad part was had I played the superfecta .... you guessed it the top 4 boxed would have had the entire pool. That will never happen again I can assure you!!!

I mainly play the Win 3 and Win 4 and for the meet have showed a 56% ROI not including this Tri or the Derby wins. OUTSTANDING to say the least!!!!

Sorry for the delay in writing this,

Mike J. - Alberta, Canada

I hope I'm not making a pest of myself with questions. I'm one of those people with the $1300 programs. It costs $6 a day to download my track which for me is expensive especially during cold spells. Anyway, I posted the check for $239.75 about an hour ago. I was a little fast on the trigger because I could have added the postage for the coming update. Looking forward it......... DV

Hi Mike, This is Karen Elliott, pest you sold your program to in Indiana. I'm sure you probably don't remember me unless it was because I about drove you crazy askin questions before I bought the program. Anyway, I bought it I think around the last of November and again thanks for all your patience answering my questions. I have really been pleased with everything about this program. It doesn't pick winners all the time, but I don't care who you are, if you're honest, no one is going to do that. But it is really nice of you to put the program on your web site for free for a week. Every day the free selections are there if you want to use them and I think that is great. You're the only one I've seen period who is really willing to let someone actually see their program and the judge for themselves whether a person wants to buy it or not. I'm always looking around and I take American Turf Monthly and they continually have these programs for sale in there. They promise the greatest returns in the world and say they can pick better than anyone. They keep saying go to the internet and to their web site and see their free samples. When you get there all I find are they are wanting you to either send money or they want to bill your credit card. Where these free samples are I don't know. The only way they give free selections are if you send money. I guess alot of people wanting to have winners are willing to part with their money and go for all this stuff, but I think if they are as good as they say they would occasionly give out a real free selection. So to me it all boils down to nothing but a come on and then you are really stuck. Plus most of them now say they had the extacta and even the tri for the debry. If they did I wonder why it paid what it did. I know you did, because it was on the internet for two days before the debry. Anyway, I just wanted you to know I'm still satisfied with the program and think it is really great. I never do use anything else, but I always keep comparing just to see if you're that good and as far as I'm concerned you are. Besides which, I think you're really the only honest people out so far. I guess there is a sucker born every minute and horse players are probably the biggest ones around period. If we weren't we wouldn't be interested in this crazy game called horse racing. Thanks again for the free week and all the really free selections you have each day.

Hi Mike,
June 29, 1998 I read the nice letter from a satisfied A+ user that you posted on your website. I agree with everything she said about A+ (and you). BTW, she seemed unable to find anything Free on the American Turf Monthly website. They've got a new URL. It's.... URL = http://www.winsports.com/ATM/atmindex.htm From there, click on Ray Taulbot's Pace Calculator... then on Ray Taulbot's Pace Calculator Selections. They used to put these up on Friday for Saturday races (Free), but seem to be behind in staying current. Presently, it shows Belmont for June 20th. You may wish to pass along my comments to your user (or just Fwd this email on to her). I got the Free Saturday Taulbot Selections for many months, but they couldn't hold a candle to A+ selections. I quit bothering with them some time ago... they weren't worth the price (Free!) I used to use AODDS 5.0, but again they don't measure-up to A+ selections. I measured the James Quinn stable of Handicappers (via the Day Old Freebies offered on the Axcis TrackMaster site). Again, the A+ selections put 'em to shame. Last time I bothered to check Quinn's stable of 'cappers was the BC last year. I got his Consenus of his "top five" pickers. Pre-race, it sold for $35.00. I got it as Day Old. It was miserable. A+ as you recall did GREAT! with the BC last year. The only program I've found that can stand with A+ is the combo of Missing Link's PLUS V and CAPSHEET. But, the datafile to run these is $14.00/card... way too expensive. These two, in combo, produced good selections, but took quite a bit of time to run and printout. Whereas A+ is easy, fast and very economical with the datafile from CSW. I've been using A+ for about 4 years now (or is it 5?) and it's a crackerjack! Yep, the lady is right... no program can pick all winners, but -- by applying some handicapping experience to the A+ sheet -- you can come out ahead at the track. I'm ahead at Prairie Meadows (PRM) so far in the Spring Meet... ends July 4th and if I can keep up my pace, I'll finish with a ROI somewhere around 35%-40%... and that includes some dumb bets I made... like in the KY Derby. I foolishly went against A+ in the '98 Derby... and blew it. Shoulda known better, but "live and learn", as they say. Insofar as support for a program, it doesn't get any better than you supply for A+. While I've had to call upon you very little for help, when I did it came quick and was "on the mark." So, add my name to your list of very satisfied users. Post this anywhere you like and if someone calls me a shill, tell 'em I paid full list for A+ and -- as far as I know -- all your customers get the same fine service that you've given to me (and to the lady whose letter you posted on your website).

Best regards, Cliff C. West Des Moines, Iowa

I used to play the horses before I retired, but now I can only follow them. I have seen some hot shot handicappers come and go but you are still here. I used to bet your free picks at OTB in ny state but sometimes what they took bets on did not cover your winning picks. Most of the others are gone. One big mouth now has a broken modem, and a guy who was going to start charging had one winner in a pick six. You are still here. Good luck
