TRACKER 2.0 PATCH "FNPATCH2.SF" adds a new feature to Tracker's "Run Report" screen. Now that 2006 is here, there will be as many as 4 database files per track. When running a report that combines several tracks but uses the same year, you used to have to jump around the database menu to find the tracks you wanted. This new patch adds a "Sort" button above the database list. When the screen is first loaded, tracks are sorted alphabetically with each year within track. Clicking "Sort" once will make year the major sort. In other words, all 2003 files will be on top with alphabetical track sort within each year. 2004, 2005 and 2006 lists will follow. One more click will list years in decreasing order (2006 through 2003). One final click will restore the list to its original order. Any selections made will be preserved regardless of current order.

PATCH801.SF is the first version 8.0 patch. It was first provided to users in June, 2006 and has recently been revised to address a similar issue. It originally enabled the bypassing of "MX" races (Mix Breed) which cause problems when converting BRIS or TSN Past Performance files. This fix is similar to the previous version 7 patches addressing "QH" (Quarter Horse) and "AR" (Arabian) races.

It was further revised on October 07, 2006 to avoid shutdown when a vendor file contains NO thoroughbred races.

PATCH802.SF gives users the ability to include the new Value Index field on GAR and RBR reports. It has been in use by our beta group for a few months and we decided to release it today, April 23, 2007. It includes the fix in PATCH801.SF, so if you use 802, you won't need 801.

PATCH803.SF corrects the recent problem of invalid Starts, Finishes and Earnings fields in some TSN PCS files. We haven't spoken yet with TSN so we are not sure if they are aware of the problem. It seems that these numeric fields were left blank in some of today's (04/23/2007) races at Beulah and Hawthorne.

PATCH804.SF corrects a bug that prevented users from obtaining updated odds and power ratings after changing at least one impact value (ivD, ivW or ivT) on the View/Edit screen and clicking Update/Recalc. Anyone who uses TSN's Past Performance files (.PCS) should download this patch. If it's been determined that you need or want any of these fixes or enhancements, simply download the applicable file(s) and leave it/them in its respective program folder. That's it. Nothing else required.
